I've made big leaps forward from when I started the programmeme - in fact was able to stop taking the half sleeping tablet I was having every night straight away and have only had to take one since then (and that was after being ill and having all the sleep patterns disturbed).
This is something that I wish I could of had years ago, I have asked doctors for years if there was anything like this around but all they want to do is whack you on antidepressants and send you off which I believe is happening to hundreds of others out there.
I am now able to fall asleep reasonably well despite the noise of my partner snoring and in fact since starting the programmeme I have only resorted to moving to the spare room once, where previously I was often moving after getting annoyed at not being able to go to sleep.
So far I have found the modules to be both interesting and helpful.

I got the tapes you sent me yesterday and listened to tape 2, side 2 last night. As you predicted, I was fast asleep by the end of the tape and slept until 3 minutes before my alarm went off. I'm happy that I finally stopped taking my sleeping pills 4 days ago and feel great. Aside from last night I've been able to sleep well 3 out of the last 5 nights.
I'm ashamed to say that I thought psychology was for the birds but now that you've filled me in on how the conscious and subconscious mind works, it really is an amazing field. After viewing your modules, I can see you have a great talent in taking a complicated topic and making it easy to understand.
